Meet Our Therapist: Gillian O'Brien

Gillian O'Brien is a Registered Counselling Therapist Candidate (RCT-C) with a passion for helping clients navigate through life's challenges. With expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and as a Certified Integrated Sex and Couples Professional, Gillian is well-equipped to assist clients dealing with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship conflicts, and family dynamics. Her approach is client-centered, ensuring that each individual's unique needs and goals are met with empathy and respect.
