COUNSELLING IN HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA
Your Chapter Therapy
A space to feel heard. A place to begin your next chapter.
Your Chapter Therapy is a Registered Clinical Therapy counselling service in the Hydrostone district area of Halifax.

WELCOME
You got this. It is your chapter!
Your story is unique, but you are not alone.
If you’ve found yourself here, chances are you’re looking for a change. Life is full of challenges, and it’s easy to get caught up in the race, losing sight of what truly matters most. Often, life’s distractions make it hard to focus on our own needs.
Your story is unique, but you are not alone. While your experiences are personal to you, many have faced similar struggles. Therapy provides a safe space to learn more about yourself, understand how you’ve arrived at your current point, and plan how you want your future chapters to unfold.
Psychotherapy is an evidence-based treatment that helps people navigate a variety of issues. The outcomes vary for everyone, but for many, it has been an invaluable tool for self-discovery and increasing self-compassion.
Let’s work together to create the next chapter of your life. Contact me today to start your journey.

Finding your fit
Therapy works best when you feel safe and comfortable.
My main goal is to help you feel safe as you work towards your self-defined goals. Knowing your rights as a client is an essential part of that safety. This includes understanding the limits of confidentiality and your right to make a complaint if a therapist acts in conflict with NSCCT ethical practices.
Our NSCCT resources explain your rights. You can also learn about digital privacy and confidentiality on our privacy page.
